Kolby Jones is an investor, advisor, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience across brokerage, retail operations, development, and M&A. His background includes senior-level work with a major private equity firm in Boston, where he developed a strong foundation in financial underwriting, diligence, and strategic acquisitions.
Kolby has completed ground-up developments across multiple states—and has worked with clients ranging from small independent operators to large publicly traded companies.
Kolby was a two-sport scholarship athlete at Florida State University and majored in Real Estate. He has been recognized for his leadership and business accomplishments, including 40 Under 40 honors in multiple cities.
Kolby is also an active investor and partner in several consumer-facing, hospitality, and healthcare brands.
